The fondue pots can be used for preheating on all types of hob. With a few exceptions, all fondue pots are also suitable for induction. Please refer to the packaging for this information. Use the splash protection lid every time you use the pot and fill it
up to a maximum of half full. The package contents also include

Fondue Bourguignonne
Heat high-heat, flavourless oil or fat to approx. 180 °C. Test: Dip a wooden spoon into the oil. The temperature is reached when small bubbles rise to the top.
Risk of burns - please note:
Do not pour water into the hot fat! Caution: Meat often has a lot of liquid and can splatter. Make sure that no liquid fat can drip onto the open flame of the rechaud.
Fondue Chinoise
The meat, fish or vegetable stock should be heated to 100 °C. Ideal for preparing a vegetarian fondue.
Caution: All parts can become very hot during use.
Use oven mitts or oven gloves.
FONDUE POT - MATERIAL, CLEANING AND CARE
18/10 stainless steel
Soak stubborn food residues with a little washing-up water and then clean with a cleaning ball (kela item no. 11648) or a sponge.
Limescale stains can be removed with vinegar.
Enamelled cast iron:
Very important! Allow the pan to cool down before cleaning. Soak any food residue in warm water. Then clean the pan with hot water. Dry well and store in a dry place.
Enamelled cast iron is very durable. However, dropping or knocking
However, the hard surface can be damaged if it is dropped or knocked.
Such damage is not covered by the guarantee. The pot
can still be used. Rub any damaged areas
with oil to minimise the risk of rust.
Enamelled steel:
Never scratch the pot with metal objects. This will damage the enamel. It is easier to remove any stains if you simply heat the pan again briefly with water and then rinse it out.
Non-stick coating:
We recommend cleaning by hand. Rubbing with a kitchen towel is sufficient for light soiling. Otherwise, clean the pan in warm dishwater with a sponge or cloth. Dry carefully. Never scratch the pot with sharp metal objects.
This will damage the coating.
Wooden parts
All pots, base plates or fondue forks with wooden parts must
must not be placed in dishwater or cleaned in the dishwasher.
SET/CAROUSEL
If you are using a fondue with a rotating carousel, please place the spoons
in the dip bowls to the outside.
RECHAUD
Before using the appliance, make sure that the rechaud is stable and, if necessary, protect your tabletop against radiant heat.
SAFETY PASTE BURNER
Instructions for use
Open the burner (twist lock).
Insert the safety fuel paste. Remove the lid. Please note: For your safety, only use suitable safety fuel pastes.
Our recommendation: kela safety fuel paste item no. 63018
Close burner, insert into suitable rechaud and light.
Please note: Only use suitable rechauds with a good and secure stand.
Regulate the burning intensity with the slider. Please note:
Never leave children unattended near the appliance.
