Roasting tray Atura
Attention - For your safety
First remove any packaging and stickers.
Wash the crockery thoroughly in warm water and dry it carefully.
Boil the pans 2-3 times with water to remove any production residues and impurities.
When using for the first time, rub the inside of the pan with a little oil. This process should be repeated from time to time to maintain the non-stick properties.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils and do not cut into the crockery with knives. This can cause scratches and cuts in the non-stick coating, which can affect the non-stick effect.
Do not leave the cookware/fryware unattended when in use. Keep away from children.
Do not overheat the product and never leave it unattended for long periods of time - risk of overheating!
Temperatures above 250 °C must be avoided; this can be prevented by using a little oil as a heat indicator, as oil above 250 °C starts to smoke.
Overheating must be avoided in any case, as food can burn on the (heat-resistant) ceramic coating and black deposits can remain on the coating.
For frying, we recommend a medium temperature setting and the use of a little oil or frying fat.
Handles must not be positioned above hot hobs: Risk of burns!
When using in the oven, use oven mitts or oven gloves.
Take particular care when handling hot fat.
Never extinguish burning fat with water.
Use a blanket to extinguish the fire and smother the flames.
To avoid accidents, the product may only be used with a secure handle. Use a screwdriver to loosen loosened screws.
Note for induction hobs
The induction hob is an extremely fast heat source. Avoid heating the cookware/fryware without contents as it may be damaged by overheating. At high temperature settings, a buzzing sound may be emitted for technical reasons. This is not a defect in your cooker or cookware/fryware. The diameter of the cookware/bakeware base must match the hob size of the induction hob. Especially if the base diameter is too small, there is a
possibility that the magnetic field of the hob will not respond.
Care and cleaning instructions
Cookware with a ceramic coating is very easy to clean. Allow the pan to cool before cleaning. If it is not very dirty, simply wipe it with a kitchen towel. Otherwise, clean it in warm dishwater with a non-abrasive sponge or a dishwashing brush (no steel wool or scouring pads!).
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the pan.
Minor stains and discolouration after some time are normal and can be soaked in hot water and removed with a dishwashing brush or a soft sponge or cloth.
Always dry the crockery carefully to prevent limescale stains from forming.
We recommend cleaning by hand. Cleaning in the dishwasher can lead to a reduction in the non-stick effect.
