Remove any stickers first.
Wash the crockery thoroughly in warm water and dry it carefully.
The protruding protective structure over the seal makes the pan particularly scratch-resistant. It is therefore possible to use metal cooking utensils. Please take care not to use sharp objects, as these can damage the seal in places despite the protective structure.
Never heat the product for long periods without contents: risk of overheating!
When using for the first time, rub the inside of the pan with a little oil. This process should be repeated from time to time to maintain the non-stick properties.
The pan is ovenproof up to 260 °C. At temperatures above 220 °C, discolouration may occur on the stainless steel surface, but this does not affect the function of the product.
When using in the oven, use oven mitts or oven gloves.
Handles must not be placed over hot hobs: Risk of burns!
Do not leave the cookware/fryware unattended when in use. Keep away from children.
Take particular care when handling hot fat.
Never extinguish burning fat with water.
Use a blanket to extinguish the fire and smother the flames.
